1. Get in touch with our company. Send us a house search request by completing our house search form on the website. You may also contact us via phone or e-mail.
2. We will review your request within 24 hours during offices hours. We will schedule in an intake (by phone) with you to discuss your housing requirements, budget, location and further details.
3. When we start your house search, we will actively search for suitable properties. The housing agent will plan a tour to view the selected properties. A pick-up can be arranged from your hotel, the airport or others before the viewing(s).
4. Are you interested in a property and wish to proceed with an offer? We will discuss, negotiate and prepare your offer, before we submit the offer on behalf of your name.
5. Once approved, we will review the rental agreement and any other additional documentation, before signing and finalizing any payments. We will be able to help you arrange the utilities such as gas/water/electricity before the check-in. Once arranged, we will be present at the check-in.
6. Once you have checked in to your property, we will still be available for questions via e-mail, WhatsApp and by phone. We look forward to start your house search!
