Koops Expat Services is a trusted and experienced company that assists and guides expats through the entire housing process in order to find and finalize their rental home in the Netherlands.
From the moment you decide to locate to the Netherlands, there are a lot of things that need to be dealt with. Searching for a suitable rental property will be a lot easier when you have an experienced professional by your side to support you. With more than 15 years’ experience in the rental market, we accommodate around 20 expats per month. We operate in the regions Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Leiden. The regions where we conduct the requests for a house search, hosts many companies. It has become more common for companies to attract employees from abroad, the so-called expats. Koops Expat Services offers both companies and its employees a full service with the search for the right rental accommodation.
In many cases we will have contact with the employee (or their company’s HR department) prior to their arrival in the Netherlands. Koops Expat Services can therefore pre-select accommodation according to the specific needs/requirements and accompany the employee to view the property and assist where necessary.

I did not know how difficult the real estate market is today in Amsterdam. I tried to look for a flat by myself and it was a total nightmare. So, I decided to ask for the support of Koops Expat Services. Charlotte has been amazing. She was always updating me and constantly adjusting the home search based on my new requirements. Renting an apartment in Amsterdam is very difficult even for locals, maybe impossible if you want to do it remotely. With the help of Koops Expat Services and Charlotte as my agent, I could find a place which suites my needs. I could see the viewing of the apartments remotely and she helped up until the final agreement was signed. I recommend their services for people in similar situations.

Very happy to have found Charlotte. She helped us in our search for housing in Amsterdam. Gave us good advice and a dose of optimism in a complex and very dynamic market. Within a month and a half we finally got housing and were able to sign a contract for a flat that met our expectations. I used the Expat's house searching option after so many horrible experiences with other agents/websites, and I wish someone would've told me to do so when I arrived to Amsterdam. My agent, Charlotte was amazing, friendly and she turned the first viewing to a contract! I guess it only took us 1 week from the beginning to find a house which is super fast in Amsterdam.
