If you a property stands out to you, we will view it with you. During this appointment, we will look at the state of maintenance and assess whether the asking price is fair.

3. EVALUATE AND ADIVSE After the viewings, we make a balance. Which property appeals to you most and which one suits you best? Together, we will take the next step!
4. NEGOTIATING AND BIDDING
When you decide to purchase a property, we will reach out to the selling agent to consult. We will then make an offer on your behalf and conduct the negotiations.

5. CHECKING THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Once an agreement has been reached with the seller, you can still decide not to proceed with the purchase and make use of the statutory cooling-off period. If you do not make use of the cooling-off period, you have purchased the property! We will receive a draft of the purchase agreement, which we will go through with you.

6. HANDOVER
Everything is in order, you have purchased the property! Finally, the handover will take place. You will receive the keys on site and we will walk through the property once more with the estate agent after which you will receive the keys.
